Following four years scaling one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, Deliveroo, I experienced my biggest crisis to date as leader of EU Marketing - a demotion.
Thankfully, I’d discovered the power of personal development a year earlier, which helped me to reframe this confidence-shattering situation into the best thing that ever happened to me…
This led me to “follow the scent” of my strengths in speaking, facilitation, coaching, and storytelling.
What began as a passion project soon became a burgeoning side hustle whilst transitioning from a 10-year career in marketing to spearhead Deliveroo’s learning team.
When hit with another common professional punch in May 2020 - risk of redundancy - I took it as a sign…
